Our special evening began with the Science Fair when pupils from Upper Primary and Lower Secondary chose a topic from the current year’s curriculum and presented an information display complete with experiments. Their interactive displays ‘entertained’ and informed all the visitors.
Dr Stephen Pollock was the Judge this year and when all the scores were added up Heather Clarke with her work on ‘The Digestive System’ was the winning pupil in Lower Secondary and Anna Houston with her work on ‘Vitamins and Minerals’ came out on top in Upper Primary.
Dramatic presentations were then given by the pupils. Lower Primary and Preschool pupils gave a musical presentation of ‘Goldilocks and the Bear Family’, while the older pupils brought the Cambodian story ‘Taking a donkey to market’ to life.
